भारत का कोई भी नागरिक जो 18 साल की उम्र से ज्यादा है और किसी अन्य राजनैतिक दल का सदस्य नहीं है, साधारण सदस्यता ग्रहण कर सकता है । साधारण सदस्य बनने के लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भर सकते है या फार्म डाउनलोड कर डाक द्वारा पार्टी के पंजीकृत कार्यालय भेज सकते है । साधारण सदस्य बनने के लिए फिलहाल कोई शुल्क नहीं है । प्रत्येक साधारण सदस्य को एक परिचय पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा ।
Any citizen of India who is more than 18 years old and is not a member of any other political party, can apply for ordinary membership. पार्टी के विधान के अनुसार सिर्फ सक्रिय सदस्य ही मंडल / जिला / राज्य और राष्ट्रीय परिषद और कार्यकारी के लिए चुनाव लड़ने के लिए पात्र होंगे और किसी भी मोर्चा / विंग या किसी भी स्तर पर पार्टी में किसी भी पद पर नामित होने के लिए पात्र होंगे ।
